All prices featured on the website include VAT if applicable and are quoted in pounds sterling.
Delivery outside the UK may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply. If so, the shipping company will contact you once the products you have ordered are in customs to let you know the cost.
If your order will not be delivered within the timeframe specified we will notify you and try to rectify the situation as quickly as practically possible.
We allow orders to be processed online only using a credit or debit card currently VISA, MasterCard, Mastro, Delta and VISA Electron.
Credit card payments are processed by Sagepay, our secure payment service provider. We do not see or store your credit card details.
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order, up to 7 days after you have received the goods. All returns and cancellations must conform to the guidelines laid out in the “Distance Selling Regulation” a guide of which can be found at www.oft.gov.uk/shared_oft/business_leaflets/general/oft698.pdf
If goods have not been dispatched we will refund you the full invoice amount within 2 working days.
If you have taken delivery for your goods you must return the goods to us at your own expense. We will then refund the order in full less any direct expenses we may have incurred in fulfilling the original agreement. Direct expenses incurred include any delivery costs whether charged or not (e.g. If we have provided FREE Delivery to you, we will still have paid our courier). Please note that postage costs are refundable and our responsibility only in relation to any goods that have been incorrectly dispatched by us or found to be faulty at the time of delivery to you. If the delivery is refused and cancelled, all courier costs will be deducted from the refund.
All goods must be re-packed as they were received. Refunds will be made to the payment card that was initially used to make the purchase, within 7 days of cancellation. Returns can not be accepted on special order products.

Whist every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale.
Goods delivered normally arrive between 7:30am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday. Most orders are dispatched from stock with a lead time of 3 days. We are unable to give an estimate of delivery time as all deliveries are at the couriers’ discretion.
If a courier arrives at your address and is unable to deliver on the arranged delivery date because you are not there, refuse to sign or you refuse delivery you will be liable for the cost of any re-delivery charge when applicable.
Deliveries cannot be left outside in porches, garages or any other location.
Every effort is made to ensure that your goods are delivered in perfect condition. Please inspect your goods immediately on delivery as no claims with regard to damaged items can be made after our driver has left the delivery address, unless signed for as damaged on delivery.
Any claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.
All carriers are selected through stringent guidelines for service and quality control. If you have a concern regarding delivery, please advise us immediately. Damaged or faulty goods must be reported to us immediately on delivery and MUST be signed as damaged on the delivery note We will then make further arrangements with you to replace the damaged goods.
The colours of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors.
We have used our best efforts to ensure that all information on our website is correct but make no guarantee and accept no liability as to the correctness of any such information. Use of any information will be entirely at your own risk.
We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss to you. This does not affect your statutory rights. You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.

We do not give you any right or interest in any copyright or other intellectual property rights in any text, images, tables, compilations or other copyright protected works featured on our website nor do we give you right to reproduce the same.
